Rocky shores of Big Bay
The great outdoors never seem so great as when you’re enjoy them at Wisconsin State Parks. Flambeau River State Forest has camping in the forest and rafting in the river, Coulee Experimental State Forest is ideal for hiking and riding enthusiasts and Big Bay State park has scenic grandeur and outdoor adventure to spare.

Coulee Experimental State Forest:
Though this entire forest is one big science lab, visitors can still enjoy hiking and horseback riding.

Flambeau River State Forest:
There are exciting rafting opportunities in this park for paddlers of all levels.

Big Bay State Park:
This Park is located on Madeline Island, the largest of Lake Superiors 22 Apostle Islands.

Rock Island State Park:
This primitive island in the Door Country can only be accessed by Ferry.
