Trail Description:
Dragons Tooth is an interesting rock formation,
with excellent views of many nearby and distant peaks. A rewarding climb. There are no facilities on this loop.
Hiking the
Dragons Tooth Trail:
Cove Mountain, off SR 311, at Craig/Roanoke County line. Ample parking. Trail ascends gradually and crosses creek before ascending across the lower slopes of Cove Mt. Same as beginning, unless alternate route of return is taken � north on Applalachian Trail or Connector Trail (Boy Scout).
