When to visit:

Winter and summer are the duel peak tourist seasons in Vermont. The winter season’s scenery and ski-resorts draws big crowds and high prices. Summer gets equally large crowds and tourist season prices at the beaches and quaint New England resort towns. Fall’s pleasant weather and beautiful red and orange leaves is a small tourist season in its own right, so only spring is really considered and off-season in Vermont. Bargain hunters will find spring the best bet for cheap rates and plenty of room.
