This is a slow to quick moving stream that acts as a tributary with
the mighty Hudson. It is used primarily for fishing, but use of canoes
and kayaks has picked up recently. The slow parts are gentle but steady,
and are good for those who want a leisurely, novice type ride.
The trout fishing is excellent as well. Remember to share the river.
