Vermont mountains in many ways define the identity of the state. From the skiing opportunities at Killington Peak to the rugged and undeveloped slopes of the Camels Hump to the famous Green Mountains from which the state derives its nickname, Vermont mountains are sure to make any outdoor adventure unforgettable.

Camels Hump:
The famous Hump is one of the few remaining undeveloped peaks in the Vermont Mountains.

Killington Peak:
The Killington Resort is the mountains main claim to fame, but it’s also the 2nd highest point in Vermont.

Mount Mansfield:
This, the highest peak in the state, is also a challenging skiing mountain.

Green Mountains:
These ruggedly handsome peaks are the most famous in the state of Vermont.
