Powder Mountain is located 19 miles northeast of Ogden, Utah, 55 miles north of Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake International Airport.

Powder Mountain, nestled high in the mountains of Utah's snow country, provides skiing adventures for any skill level. Powder Mountain Resort has offerd 35 years of skiing excellence. Know for the mountain's deep powder snow with a variety of terrain, you'll be sure to return year after year.

With a vertical drop of 1,300 feet, the run is served from lift 2005 and from Lightning Ridge 2100. The mountain receives an average snowfall of more than 500 inches, Powder Mountain provides fantastic skiing for the entire family. You will enjoy the unique thrill of night skiing or experience snowboarding freedom, Powder Mountain style.

A variety of accommodations, restaurants and night life await you nearby! Plan lodging in Eden, just five miles from the resort, or slopeside lodging at the mountain for the ultimate convenience. Ogden is located only 19 miles from the area and also offers affordable lodging options.

Getting to Powder Mountain:

From Salt Lake City

Take I-215 (follow signs to Ogden) to I-15 North. Ogden - approximately 35 miles. Take the 12th Street East Exit (12th St./Route 39/Exit # 344). Turn right off exit heading East (toward mountains). Follow Route 39 through Ogden Canyon. At Pineview Dam, turn left onto Route 158 to Eden. Follow signs. (Near the end of the lake, the road takes a "Y". Bear to the left. ). At stop sign (only one), go straight.
