Visiting the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum (Named in honor of former Lieutenant Governor and museum patron Bob Bullock) located in downtown Austin, Texas is one of the best things to do in Austin. The museum offers 3 floors of interactive exhibits, including the special effects show, The Star of Destiny, in the Texas Spirit Theater. The signature large-format film, Texas: The Big Picture is shown here at Austin's one and only big-screen IMAX Theatre.
