Bridge at Chicasaw State Park
Chickasaw State Rustic Park is located among the highest terrain in west Tennessee. The park features 3 Tennessee campgrounds: the RV campground has 52 sites with water and electrical hookups, the tent campground has 29 sites and the wrangler campground is specifically for visitors traveling with horses, and provides 31 sites with water and electrical hookups. All park campsites have picnic tables, grills, bathhouses with hot showers and restroom facilities.

Visitors looking to do a bit of boating or fishing will find rowboats and dreamboats available for rent on Lake Placid. Personally owned boats or gasoline-powered motors are not permitted on the lake.

The park features a family swimming beach on the shore of Lake Placid. Lifeguards are on duty during swimming hours, and amenities include a bathhouse and concession stand. Anglers enjoy lake fishing on Lake Placid and can to catch lots of bass, catfish and crappie. A valid Tennessee fishing license is required for persons over 13 years of age.
