This lowland lake is the largest in the state, and is known for its record-setting catfish and bass.

Lake Wylie:
An impoundment of the Catabaw River, Wylie offers 13,443 acres of water for boating and water skiing.

Thurmond Lake:
For a peaceful day near the Savannah River, Thurmond lake is hard to beat.

Lake Hartwell:
This wide, blue lake is a perfect place to do a bit of boating.
