 Visitors to the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor can take a hike along one of the sections of towpath at River Bend Farm in Uxbridge, Massachusetts or Blackstone River State Park in Lincoln, Rhode Island or enjoy some excellent National Park hiking at one of the many state parks in the Corridor.
Rhode Island hiking enthusiasts are encouraged to participate in an informative self-guided Walking Tour of one of the communities in the River Valley National Heritage Corridor to learn all about the history of the Valley and its countless places of interest. Helpful Walking Tour brochures may be obtained at any of the numerous Visitor Centers throughout the Blackstone River Valley.
Travelers looking things to do in Rhode Island should also be on the lookout for guided walks by National Park Service Rangers and other programs offered by friendly and knowledgeable Corridor Staff, Partners and Volunteers in Parks.
