Information on Wineland Lake:

Wineland Lake is a man-made lake from the days of Wetmore when it was a logging camp. There are no maintained camping or picnicking areas, but a fairly large parking area is available.

The elevation is 4300 feet and anglers can expect to catch Blue Gill, Crappie, Large and Small Mouth Bass, and Rainbow Trout.

Directions to Wineland Lake:

From Heppner: travel south on State Highway 207 for approximately 32 miles until you reach FS Road 21. Turn right onto FS Road 21 and continue on for approximately 11 miles to Wineland Lake.
