The natural beauty of Keystone Lake's
blue-green water, wooded shoreline, sandy beaches, high bluffs,
grasslands, and low rolling hills make it on of the most beautiful
of the Oklahoma lakes. It is located on the Arkansas River 15
miles west of downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The 26,000 acre lake is a bit of an urban playground with16 recreation
areas, 11 boat ramps, miles of sandy beaches, 3 marinas, 2 off-road
vehicle areas, 5 short distance trails, a waterfowl refuge, 3
seasonal green tree reservoirs, and thousands of acres of land
open to Oklahoma hunting.
Oklahoma campsites at Keystone Lake range from primitive to full
hook up. There are cabins for rent at Keystone State Park and
boats for rent at the Keyport Marina and Pier 51.
Keystone Lake is famous for its Oklahoma fishing. Game fish species
found there include striped bass, sand bass.
