Strand of trees on Eufaula Lake
Eufaula Lake is located on the Canadian River, 27 miles upstream from its confluence with the Arkansas River. The lake features more than 600 miles of shoreline and 102,000 surface acres, and provides a wide selection of recreational opportunities for visitors to enjoy. The shoreline features vast expanses of sandy beaches as well as rocky bluffs like the Standing Rock area.

Eufaula Lake is famous for its outstanding fishery. Record-sized crappie, sand bass, catfish and black bass are present in the lake. Striped bass reaching over 40 pounds have been caught in the tail-waters below the dam. There are few better spots for Oklahoma fishing in the entire state.

There are 3 Oklahoma State Parks, including Robber's Cave State Park, located on Eufaula Lake that offer recreational experiences like golfing, swimming and hiking. Visitors in the fall will get to see the beautiful colors of the trees in the surrounding hills.
