North Dakota cities can be just as fun as the great, wild outdoors. Fargo is the biggest city, as well as the friendliest, visitors can catch a show at the Empire Theater in Grand Forks, and art lovers will find a lovely surprise in the state’s 4th biggest city, Minot.
