Las Vegas summers get extremely hot (yes it’s a
dry heat, but it’s a hot dry heat) and the winters are cool. Spring
and fall are considered the best, and therefore the most popular, seasons
in which to visit. Between June and September Nevada temperatures can
get as high as 100 degrees F. From December to January temperatures
drop to around 55 degrees F. The weather is typically dry most of the year. Thunderstorms are most
common in the summer.
