Information on Chain Lakes:
There are numerous fishing opportunities in the chain lakes. They include McGregor Lake, Loon Lake, Upper, Middle, and Lower Thompson Lakes, Bootjack, Crystal, and Banana Lakes. Most of these lakes provide excellent fishing for rainbow or cutthroat trout. Most fishermen troll small spoons, plugs or flies behind rowboats and canoes to catch the numerous trout. The three Thompson Lakes provide excellent fishing for trout, kokanee, pike and large mouth bass while McGregor Lake is home to some very large lake trout.
