Fresno reservoir is spread out in 7,388 surface acres and 65 miles of shoreline, along with a total land of 25,618 acres of land, icluding the Chain ol Lakes Coulee., is located on the Milk River. The main purpose of the dam was to divert the water for irrigation, after the arid area was settled by farmers.

The beach offers good fishing opportunity for walleye, northern pike, and perch. You can find here many amenities, such as concrete boat ramp, picnic shelters, 40 slips, and a swimming beach, for daay use only. Staying is allowe donly for 14 days.
   
 
The shoreline has tent and trailer sites, handicapped accessible restrooms, but no drinking water is available. The campground is near the fishing and boating access area.

The most popular attraction here is the surrounding area, which is beautiful and strange at the same time. It has cut small cliffs from the gentry rolling prairie. There is a scatter of spindly trees, and sandy beaches line the reservoir shores.
