Trail Description:
The trail begins at the campground, winds around 2-acre Little Scotia Pond, over the earthen dam and crosses the spillway to the picnic area on the south side. At the picnic area, one fork in the trail leads to the parking lot; the other turns east and passes the stream that connects to Big Scotia Pond and leads back to the campground.

Trailhead Directions: From Bunker, MO take Hwy 72 northwest for 9.5 miles; turn onto Forest Road 2341 for another half-mile. From Salem, MO go 19 miles east on Highway 72. Follow the Forest Service signs to Little Scotia Recreation Area.
