Minnesota’s smaller cities
always tend to own the top spots on annual “best cities”
lists in national magazines, and Rochester is no exception. Low
crime rates, large business bases, seventy four city parks, and
various other practicalities make it great on paper. And this
is without visiting the charming town that is in close proximity
to anything you could want to find on vacation. Located in a well-wooded
region, the backwoods charm of Minnesota creeps right into this
old world, close knit municipality.
Alluring clubs and cafes adorn the clean downtown streets and
it’s difficult to resist slinking off to the parks for several
