This park is not just memorable for
its odd name. Bash Bish is the perfect spot to dip into gorges
and check out two dramatic waterfalls. The falls come together
at the bottom, flowing into a uniform river and continuing their
path downward.
Bash Bish Falls is situated inside Mount Washington State Forest.
The huge site has access to camping sites and various other outdoor
activities, unavailable in Bash Bish’s boundaries. Despite
its size, the park within is still great for hiking, fishing and
(restricted) hunting.
Mount Washington is known for its rocky, mountainous terrain and
is a great spot for west Massachusetts campers and adventurers.
There is no charge for using the site, so pack up and get out
there.
