The Trot, as it is called, is famous for its big, well-bunkered, undulating greens. The tree-lined fairways come in various widths. Water hazards come into play on 6 holes. The signature 11th hole is a 401-yard par 4, that requires a 230-yard carry from the back tees over a pond to fairway that slopes right to left, then an approach over creek to elevated green with plenty of undulation.
