Located
140 miles from Baltimore in Maryland, Ocean City is one of the most
popular vacation destinations in the Old Line State. Ocean City sees
countless of tourists every year, from honeymooners to vacationing families
to boisterous high-school seniors. People from around the country and
beyond flock here to enjoy water sports, carnival rides, miles of sandy
beaches, and more.
Ocean City's main attraction is its 3-mile long boardwalk. It is here
that guests can find all of city’s rides, hotels and shops. Visitors
can stroll past miles of white, sandy Maryland beaches, eat delicious,
greasy foods, play games at the arcades and ride the Ferris wheel on
the boardwalk pier. Travelers will find a spacious, relatively cheap
$1 per hour parking lot at the southern end of the Ocean City Boardwalk.
Guests looking for an attraction that the whole family can enjoy should
go to Trimper’s Rides of Ocean City on the Inlet. This carnival
features a carousel, a roller coaster, games of chance, shooting galleries
and more. |
