Well-groomed, wide, smooth trails like American Express or Rogue Angel are this ski area’s bread and butter, but there is a wide variety of terrains available at Sunday River Ski Area for skiers to enjoy, from the steep bumps of White Cap 3 miles across the resort to the wide boulevards of Jordan Bowl.
Sunday River Ski Resort can accommodate a range of experience levels. Experts will enjoy the challenges of White Heat, Shockwave, or Vortex, while intermediates are bound to enjoy the blue runs that dominate Sunday River Ski Area. Even beginners have their own area, complete with easy, wide green runs.
There are many lifts here and they are all fast and efficient. Besides these lifts, there are a good variety of fixed grip quads that are spread throughout the Sunday River Ski Area. |
