Trail Description:
Flatwoods Trail follows the shoreline of Laurel River Lake for most of its length. There are several trails that lead back up the hill to the picnic area. The path meanders through hickory and oak forests.

Trailhead Directions: From I-75 at Corbin (exit 29), take KY 770 west for 1.3 miles. Turn north on KY 312, go .5 miles and turn left onto KY 3430 (Keavy Road). Go 2 miles to Forest Road 758, then go 1.5 miles to picnic area.
