Trailhead Directions:

The South Apache Trail # 1311 can be accessed from the Bartlett Trail, which is located off State Highway 165 and Ophir Creek road # 360. Head Southwest on FS road 360 for about 12 miles then left on Green Horn FS road # 369 for about 17 miles, which is the end of the road.
