Salina transportation
Salina Kansas is the 7th largest city in Kansas and growing fast. This lively little community is a great place to spend a day on the way out west.

The Rolling Hills Wildlife Adventure is a zoo and wildlife museum. The former is home to over 85 species, including Orangutans, Indian Rhinoceros and a rare white Camel. The latter gives visitors a tour of faunal simulacrums in reasonably accurate dioramas, and the best part is that the tour is run by androids.

If Rolling Hills doesn’t tucker out the little one, why not take them to Jumping Joe’s Family Fun Center. If you’re guessing Joe to provide you with Mini-Golf, Go-Karts and all the Laser-Tag you can stand, then brother, you are right on the money!

Looking for a little art and culture in Salina Kansas? The Salina Art Center features lively, often-interactive exhibits, and the Stiefel Theater for the Performing Arts hosts films, live theater, music and dance, and many 1st-rate touring companies.

What about Salina’s outdoors adventure facilities? Don’t fret; there are a number of parks to choose from. Oakdale Park is a nice place to picnic, catch a few fish and stroll through the botanical gardens. Lakewood Park’s 99 acres also offer Anglers a chance to reel in a few whoppers and there’s a wildlife habitat to explore as well. Thomas Park is the spot to spend the night under the stars thanks to its overnight campgrounds and RV hook-ups. There’s even a playground for the youngsters.
