This slightly winding river is ideal for early morning,
relaxing floats through the Indiana wilderness. Or, in the colder months,
cross-country ski along the river on the specialized ski-specific trail.
No rentals are available in the park, so bring your own equipment for
either activity.
The mosquitoes here can be pretty imposing, so bring lots of repellent.
Fishing, hiking, boat launches, and professional naturalists are onsite
so if you are curious about Indiana wildlife, the good people here can
clear it all up. |
