This is a serious hikers dream, ten miles of rugged terrain each, complete
with ledges, dips, vertical climbs and rich vegetation. The nearby Rock
Shelter is similarly scenic, but not quite as challenging as the two
most popular trails in the park. Located towards the middle of Indiana,
a region severely affected by glaciers, this trail is crooked and unpredictable.
While swerving amidst the Cherry, Beanblossom and Bryants Creek Lakes
in summertime, you may even be tempted to stop for a quick swim.
