The Brundage Ski Area is a family friendly hill just outside McCall in Idaho. Its homey atmosphere makes it a favorite among locals and their kids. Nevertheless, the Idaho skiing here is very, very good.
The Brundage Mountain provides nearly 1,800 vertical feet of skiing over 1,300 acres of terrain, but is a humble spot in every other sense. There are no condos here, ski shops or 4-star hotels to be found here. Everyone who comes to Brundage Ski Area only comes to ski. There’s plenty of room for everybody, though, and the laidback attitude and reasonable prices that are an extra incentive to check it out.
Conditions at Brundage Ski Area are usually great to excellent. A foot of fresh on the runs is common here, and the tree runs are feature perfectly spaced pines that make for superlative glades.
