Paris Ice Cave is a small cave in Idaho. The water runs down into the cave from the surrounding hills from a small brook, especially during the spring. Paris Ice Cave becomes accessible when the water dries out around the middle of July. The 2 entrances to the cave both lead downwards into the cave where it is very cold and contains ice even during the very hottest Idaho summers.
Paris Ice Cave is not developed but a visit is not very dangerous. There is an easy to follow track through the cave. Appropriately warm clothes are needed because of the extremely low temperatures. Visitors should also bring sturdy shoes, lamps and a hard hat when they come to this Idaho vacation spot.
