The gorgeous, 40-acre Kanaha Beach Park is located on the scenic coastal stretch between Kahului Bay and Spreckelsville Beach. This is one of the most beautiful Maui beaches, and features breath-taking views of the West Maui Mountains and ‘lao Valley. Kanaha Beach Park Features a broad, white sand beach surrounded by trees, conveniently located within walking distance of Kahului Airport and easily accessible from Hana Highway
There’s a lot to do here. Visitors can take a swim, have a picnic in the shade of the trees flanking or enjoy a game of beach volleyball. There are also 13 barbeque grills, 23 tables and centrally located water taps. Lae’ula O Kai Canoe Club’s headquarters is located at the beachfront pavilion, and windsurfers are encouraged to take advantage of Kanaha’s favorable offshore breezes.
There is ample parking available at Kanaha Beach Park. Each park entrance leads to one of the four lots, and all parking lots have handicapped-reserved spaces. |
