Cascades at Venetian Pool
Venetian Pool is located in the heart of the Coral Gables' residential neighborhoods of Miami, Florida. It is one of the most special attractions in Miami. as it is one of the only swimming pools included in the National Register of Historic Places. With its stucco walls, wrought-iron gate, vine-covered loggias, shady porticos, Spanish fountain, 3-story observation towers, waterfalls and free-form lagoon (complete with coral rock caves and palm-fringed island) it is one of the most exceptional swimming pools in the world.

More than 100,000 visitors come to Venetian Pool every year. The pool is drained nightly in summer months so that its 800,000 gallons of water can be replenished each day from the subterranean aquifer that flows beneath it. New technology and community commitment, together with a concentration on the restoration of the surrounding buildings and loggias will insure that this place of beauty will be a joy for many more visitors to discover, for many years to come.
