This six hundred mile stretch of public land has been
set aside for the exploration of the diverse ecological landscape of
Florida. Traversing State Parks and other public land, it makes its
way from Big Cypress National Preserve on the east coast to the Gulf
Islands in the panhandle. To receive a full range of immediate education
about the varying landmasses and unique wildlife of Florida, take on
one or two designated trails or attempt the entire length |
