Delaware is home to some excellent museums and lovely beaches, and the birthplace of the Brandywine School (Howard Pyle, NC and Andrew Wyeth and others) of artists in the early 20th century. Delaware has 14 state parks, one of which is a zoo, where boaters, campers, hunters and anglers can enjoy the great outdoors and 90 miles of inviting coastlines. One of the hottest spots in the state is Dewey Beach; famous for its happening nightlife and fantastic live music-scene.
