Designed by Ed Ault and opened in 1971, Delcastle features broad fairways, rolling hills and large bent grass greens. The back tees are challenging for experienced golfers, but those with higher handicaps needn’t worry; they can still have an enjoyable golfing experience from the middle or forward tees.
Whether you’re on a golf trip of just a Delaware vacation, Delcastle is a perfect destination. Tee time reservations can (and should) be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
Description:
This course has water hazards (three ponds) coming into play on three holes. The terrain is flat, and the fairways are open. The greens are large and slightly sloped. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 4th "Best Public Course" in the state for 1996.
