Rehoboth Beach
Rehoboth Beach is largest of Delaware beaches. The use of the beach as a recreational area began in 1873, when the grounds of the Rehoboth Beach "Camp Meeting Association of the M.E. Church" were 1st established. A few of the activities enjoyed on Rehoboth Beach include fishing, swimming, basketball, volleyball, beachcombing and simply strolling the mile-long boardwalk.

In the Rehoboth Beach area are the concertsa convention center, various kinds of shops (including outlet shopping), restaurants, amusements, and a lively nightlife.

Special events at Rehoboth Beach include the Sea Witch Halloween Festival & Fiddler's Convention in late October, the world famous Punkin Chunkin' contest in early November, and the old Fourth of July celebration which features fireworks displays. All are perfect for Delaware vacation holidays.
