Waramaug Lake in Danbury has the surface area of about 680 acres and the average depth of 22 feet. Visitors can access the lake area till Lake Waramaug State Park ends. Waramaug Lake
Called by many names like Cedar Swamp Pond, Willimantic Reservoir and Quarryville Pond, Lower Bolton Lake in Connecticut engrosses you with the beautiful features more than the number of names it hold. Located both in the Bolton and Vernon towns near Hartford, this lake is actually a lower area of a chain of three lakes, collectively known as the Bolton Lakes. The water surface of Lower Bolton Lake is spread in 176 acres and the maximum depth is 20 feet.
