This is a desert-style links course that has very few trees in play, but there is a standard cut of rough bordering the fairways. There are sand bunkers on the course and water hazards come into play on three holes. The terrain is gently rolling and there is a great view of Pike's Peak from off this course. The large greens are somewhat sloped and run from medium to fast in speed.
