The University of Colorado calls Boulder home, making it Colorado’s most animated city and one of the rowdiest in the western U.S. Pearl Street offers a string of upbeat bars, restaurants, and shops.

Boulder is a great stop for road weary adventurers. After trekking through the Rockies all day or white water rafting through world-class rapids, it is a welcoming, warm mid-range town. It is not too small to go unnoticed, and not too big to be cold and uninviting. And being in Northern Colorado, there is no shortage of outdoor exploration including skiing, hiking, and mountain biking nearby.
