Listed on the National Register of Historical places in Boulder this scenic bridge stands atop wide water flow called Boulder Creek. Over the past many years huge granite boulders have flown into this tributary of South Platte river. It is believed that the city of Boulder got its name after this place. Water flow is maintained by the melting of snow and showering small springs in the vicinity. Visitors throng in great numbers to catch up on the rich historical journey of this bridge. The creek becomes the most happening place in summer, especially during the Boulder Creek festival where hordes of tourists take over the place, enjoying fun tubing, fishing and simply the serenade cascade.

Train ride cannot be better than this. An exclusive journey through Royal Gorge route with all the culinary delights and favorite drinks on board and a majestic train ride with the Rocky Mountains all around are the real experiences of lifetime. Colorado has some of the finest and the most scenic railroads in America. The Royal Gorge Route Railroad in Canon City was established in 1879 and proudly carries over 1,00,000 passengers yearly. Climb to America’s most favorite 14,000 feet Pikes Peak through the Pikes Peak Cog Railway watching alpine tundra and lush green high plains. Then there is Georgetown Loop Railroad one of the first visitors’ attractions with a spectacular stretch of 3 feet narrow gauge. It was highly regarded as the marvel of engineering during 1880s.
