Colorado comprises both public and military airports. However, Denver International Airport is the only international airport in Colorado, it has number of regional and municipal governed airports that provides sound air connectivity to various cities and counties of the state. Fort Collins Loveland Airport features large number of flights to most of the other cities in Colorado. Aspen-Pitkin County Airport is the third busiest airport in the state with 44,000 square feet of terminal. The Eagle Country Regional Airport records the highest inflow of tourists during winter ski season. Grand Junction Regional Airport is the largest airport in western Colorado with a distinct kids play area outside the security check point.
