The Inland Empire Region is located about 20 miles west of Palm Springs & 30 miles east of Los Angeles, inland from the Southern California coast. The key attractions of the Inland Empire are the San Bernardino Mountains with peaks up to 10,000 feet high.

With a warm, dry Mediterranean climate, the Inland Empire Region is home to two state parks, one state historic park & two state recreation areas. The state parks of this region offer miles of equestrian trails, hiking & mountain biking trails. Other outdoor recreations options include, camping, wind surfing, water skiing, picnicking, backpacking, horseback riding & much more.
