About 6 miles of Upper Antelope Creek is open to the public in the rugged and remote mountains 20 miles south of the town of Macdoel, CA. To view this area on a map, select the most southeastern area on the Waters Open to Trout Fishing in the Vicinity of the Klamath National Forest below on the left. There are no developed campgrounds in the vicinity. Camping is primitive only. The campground map or fishing map may be helpful in locating more information on specific areas.

The access to this creek is from Highway 97 about 12 miles south of Macdoel, CA via county road 6P01, then Forest Road 6 to 42N16. Upper Antelope Creek generally parallels 42N16. The roads and mountains can be confusing in this area; be sure to have adequate gasoline and a current map.
