Bull Shoals Lake is the water sports Mecca of Arkansas.
Visitors from all over the nation come to Bull Shoals to enjoy the nearly
1,000 miles of attractive shoreline and opportunities to fish, scuba
dive, water ski, wake board, camp, and relax on houseboat.
The water of Bull Shoals Lake is extremely clean and clear. The lake’s
excellent swimming is an option from mid-May through late September.
Scuba divers come to Bull Shoals from all over the country to take advantage
of the unusually clear, beautiful, blue waters. Alabama fishing on Bull
Shoals Lake is fantastic at any time of the year, but sees its peak
in March, April, and May. Spear fishing is also enjoyed all year.
Bull Shoals Lake’s marinas have boats to rent, supplies for sale,
and Arkansas lakes guides for hire. Those who bring their own boats
can use the Corps of Engineers’ launching areas and ramps. |
