Our campground is located at Mile 37.3 on the Glenn Highway. It is situated on Kepler Lake where you will find excellent trout fishing and fun summer time boating. The lakes are stocked annually by the State of Alaska Fish & Game. Come visit for the day or camp overnight and enjoy a great time of recreation and relaxation. Centrally located in the Matanuska Valley, Kepler Park allows you to experience the "great outdoors" but is also just a short distance from other attractions and conveniences.While staying with us as your base camp, you can visit the Musk Ox Farm, or the Reindeer Farm, and then drive to other popular sights such as beautiful Hatcher Pass and the view at Independence Mine or visit the Matanuska Glacier. Take a tour of the valley to see the famous vegetable farms, hay fields, and the University of Alaska Experimental Farm. The ten day long Alaska State Fair, which begins in late August and ends on Labor Day, is only three miles from Kepler Park.
