This very unique venue, said to be an air-plane hangar earlier, is the cultural epicenter of Fairbanks. With DJ nights and varied genres of music, the venue hosts national touring performances. Offering music, movies, dining, and dancing you really do not have to go anywhere else. Dine while you enjoy a movie along with your favorite alcoholic beverage. They have special events during the summer like Pig Roasts and Jerry Garcia parties. There is always something new at the Blue Loon - comedy shows, live bands, movie/dinner nights and so on. Though the place looks rustic from outside the inside has a cool pub atmosphere.
