This course has narrow fairways and the greens are well manicured. Water and trees come into play several times. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 10th "Best Public Course" in the state for 1996, and 40th among the "Top 75 Public Courses" for 1990. During weekdays, play is on a first-come, first-served basis. Tee times can be reserved two days in advance for weekend play. During the weekend, nine hole play is permitted after 3 PM. The course is closed on Tuesday.
