This relatively short course was built on primarily flat terrain, but an occasional mound might cause an uneven lie. This tight, narrow layout calls for extreme accuracy. The tree-lined fairways are fairly flat, while the greens are large sized, medium speed and vary in undulation. Water hazards come into play on five holes, and sand bunkers are sprinkled in the design. The driving range is closed and the land is being used for the construction of a back nine, bringing the course to a full 18-holes.
