This Park is part of the Indian Creek Canal and the site of many outdoor activities including concerts and holiday events. As the centerpiece of the park, it is surrounded by grassy lawns, gazebos, benches, Japanese-style bridge and the Museum of Art. The limestone spring and lagoon have ducks and fishes in them. The park is notable as the venue for the Panoply Arts Festival held in April and the Big Spring Jam Annual Music Festival.
